Relatively thick with very firm flesh making it perfect for picking. This Turkish native pepper comes from the small, farming southern town of Çumra. It can be found hot, or very hot to some. The ripe pods have a noticeable level of sweetness followed by a slowly building long lasting clean burn without any bitterness. Very tough skin making this one a great choice for grilling.
