Snow White Habanero - (Capsicum chinense)
The Snow White Habanero is a medium sized habanero that ripens from green to creamy yellow and finally to a bright white when fully ripe. They have medium level habanero heat. Flavor wise they have a citrusy fruity taste. The peppers are oblong and rounded getting about 1.5-2 inches long and a little over an inch wide. Plants are terrific producers and grow to about 3 feet high and very bushy.
Heat level: 150,000 - 250,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Hot.
