Thors Hammer Peach - (Capsicum chinense)
The Thor's Hammer Peach was created by Jes Christiensen of Denmark. This is an F6 generation and is spitting our fairly stable pods at this point. They are very bubbly and wavy shaped with most having a pronounced stinger. Heat is very strong and has a zingy citrus flavor. Ripens from a green to light peach. Plants grow to 4 feet and is a very prolific producer.
Heat level: Approx. 1,000,000 - 1,500,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Extremely Hot.
Flavor: Sweet, Citrusy & Fruity.
