Chablis F1 Pepper Seeds
from $4.99
Also known as the Chablis Hybrid pepper, the Chablis is a very vigorous bell pepper variety as it stands up to tobacco mosaic virus and bacterial leaf spot effortlessly, which will help you have a healthy and bigger plant! Just make sure to support it as the plants are heavy.
This is a fantastic hybrid pepper plant that is robust and disease resistant. They will grow to 4" long with glossy skins and the typical bell pepper shape. Chablis peppers have a unique coloring pattern as they mature from green, gleaming ivory, and golden orange, to the brightest red-scarlet color. They turn green but will turn white quickly, so they are ready to be harvested at any stage after that. You can pick some ivory-colored peppers, let others mature to gold and orange, and keep a few pure red for extra flavors! We recommend you try this if you can keep your hands off them for that long! If you have a variety of different colored Chablis peppers, this will be excellent for aesthetic plating.
Thick flesh and amazingly sweet, these are bountiful peppers that are great for a variety of cooking! Along with that, it is like heaven when slicing the peppers because of how smooth it is to cut them. These are great for cooking, roasting, picking, and stuffing, and with salsas, salads, and sandwiches.

Sugar Rush Peach Pepper Seeds (Non-Isolated)
from $5.49
If you love peach colors and amazing flavor as much as we do, then you'll love the Sugar Rush Peach Hot Pepper! Bred by Chris Fowler of Wales by open pollination of various varieties of Aji Peppers, he stumbled upon this (happy) accident, and we're so glad he did!
The Sugar Rush Peach pepper plant grows up to a staggering 5 ft. tall and stands above others in your garden. As they grow pods, you may want to stake this plant for additional support. Nonetheless, these are disease-resistant plants that protect the healthy growth of these 4" long, slightly-wrinkled pods. In fact, the Sugar Rush Peach pepper plants produce nearly 40 large pods each, so be prepared for bountiful harvests!
The pepper’s flavors are identical to an Aji Amarillo but sweeter and have an amazing citrusy, sugar-sweet flavor with notes of apricot and peach and some unexpected smoky, complex heat. You may also notice muted undertones of tropical-like fruit when eaten raw. With estimated heat levels around 50,000-150,000 SHUs, these share similar heat with Habanero peppers. We recommend letting them grow to the fully ripened peach color as these hot peppers will without a doubt make the best hot sauces, salsas, and pepper jams. They are also great cooked, fresh, or pickled!
*Non-Isolated - Disclaimer: While some of our varieties marked non-isolated were isolated when grown, they are an unstable pepper seed variety that may produce plants with genetic variations, making them less predictable and consistent in terms of traits such as flavor, size, and heat level. While this can lead to unique and exciting variations, it's important to note that these seeds may not reliably reproduce the same characteristics from one generation to the next. Planting non-isolated/unstable pepper seeds can be an adventurous gardening experience, but be prepared for some degree of variability in the resulting pepper plants. We will not be able to offer replacements for variation in traits.
