Historic Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning is a sure fire way to get perfect Nashville chicken flavor every time.  Sprinkle all sides of chicken with seasoning. Mix 2 cups of all purpose flour with 1 tablespoon Tennessee Whiskey Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning, 1 tablespoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon salt. Dip 8 pieces of chicken in buttermilk, then dredge in seasoned flour and fry in a cast iron skillet in 4 cups of canola oil or lard. When done, remove chicken and mix in 2 tablespoons seasoning in hot oil and brush onto all sides of chicken. Serve with white bread and dill pickles!
