Shipping policy

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES and ONLY SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 STATES. 

Most orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days.  Please contact us immediately if there is any damage to your order.  Errors with delivery can occur, if it happens, and we document it properly, it can be resolved quickly.

Multi-Supplier Orders The Pepper Pantry is a curated marketplace featuring products from multiple suppliers. When your order includes items from more than one supplier, each supplier ships their items separately. As a result:

• You may receive multiple packages arriving on different days.
• Shipping is calculated per supplier, not per order.
• Free shipping thresholds (where offered) apply to each supplier's portion of your order individually, not to the order total.
