Bingo Bonnet - (Capsicum Chinense)

This was supposed to be a "Bingo" pepper which is a creation by Drax Diego which has little information on it. However it turned out much different than the other Bingo plants. These were shaped like tiny peach scotch bonnets. Some had the slight purple iridescent color the regular Bingo peppers have. Very unstable variation so your results may differ when grown out. Heat level is tolerable and closer to a scotch bonnet. The plants get about 3 feet tall and produce so many pods it needs support by staking.

Heat level: Estimated 200K to 300K SHU – Very Hot.

Flavor: Sweet & Citrusy.
