Georgia Flame Pepper Seeds

The Georgia Flame Pepper comes to us all the way from the Republic of Georgia (not the U.S. state) and is known for their uniquely thick shape and deliciously fruity flavor.

The Georgia Flame pepper plant will grow to 3 feet tall and produces high yields of these 8” long hot peppers. Ripening from green to red when mature, these pods are shaped just like a candle flame - conical and slightly bumpy - grow to have thick, crunchy skin that shimmers in the sunlight.

The pods are incredibly flavorful, having a combination of fruity sweetness and spice that makes them great for grilling and roasting. Or, if you like the mild heat, these peppers are also great for snacking and adding to fresh foods.
