Jimmy Nardello Pepper is an Italian heirloom that impresses everyone who tries it. These peppers have been growing in the US since 1887 when the Nardello family brought them over from Italy.

These pepper plants will grow pretty low and wide, reaching about 2 ft. off the ground and 2 ft. in width. You may have to possibly stake this plant to support its large yields of these long, thin stringy pods that can get to 10" in length! Watch them mature from green to their vibrant, shiny red color with a smooth texture and medium-thick crispiness.
