45 days. A major improvement on the now-discontinued ‘Tyee Hybrid’ that’s much slower to bolt, even more productive and more disease resistant. Leaves are 10-in. long, semi-upright, dark green and possess resistance to 9 strains of downy mildew, a major problem in the South with its high humidity. Excellent when cooked or when used fresh in salads. Plant in both the spring and fall and successively thereafter for a continuous crop. Use as baby spinach at 21 days or at maturity in 45 days.
