Peach Bhut Jolokia Ghost - (Capsicum chinense)

The Peach Bhut Jolokia has more crunchy firm flesh than other Jolokia varieties. When you bite into this pepper first you get hint of sweetness which can remind you with ripe peach smell. After tasting the hint of sweetness the pepper builds an excruciating amount of heat that lasts for long time even longer than the traditional red Jolokia.
