Purple Death - (Capsicum chinense)This is one underrated pepper and a must grow if you are a fan of the darker foliage plants. The Purple Death is a cross between a 7 Pot Primo and a Purple Ghost pepper. It looks similar to the Primo but ripens from green to purple then orange to red with slight purple accents. When you cut into them they have a purplish placenta. Plants have dark leaves and purple flowers and grow to 4-5 feet tall and put out an extreme amount of pods. Aji Cachucha Purple Splotched - (Capsicum chinense) Aji Cachucha Purple Splotched is a sweet mild variety from the Caribbean.   Great for Salsas to add vibrant colors at its various stages of ripening.  Fruits are 2-3 inches in diameter and an inch tall and have a thick flesh making them easy for stuffing.  Ripens from green to purple on top then a beautiful orange glow and finally to a bright red. Lightning Habanero Peach - (Capsicum Chinense)The Lightning Habanero Peach is a very unique long and thin zig-zagged shaped peach colored Habanero. It has a thin flesh like other habaneros and not quite as hot as your typical hab ringing in around 200-250k shu's. The flavor is sweet and fruity. The plants tend to grow closer to the ground and are very bushing producing tons of peppers. Snow White Habanero - (Capsicum chinense)The Snow White Habanero is a medium sized habanero that ripens from green to creamy yellow and finally to a bright white when fully ripe. They have medium level habanero heat. Flavor wise they have a citrusy fruity taste. The peppers are oblong and rounded getting about 1.5-2 inches long and a little over an inch wide. Thunder Mountain Longhorn - (Capsicum annuum) These beauties are a sight to see in any garden.  Thin curly peppers that can get well over a foot long.  Very similar to a Cayenne but better tasting and milder.  Originally from the southwest region of China known as Guizhou.  Traditionally dried and smoked.  The plants are very compact but extremely productive.  Ripen from green to red. Heat level:  Approximately 30,000-40,000 SHU - Medium Heat. Flavor:  Very complex taste.

The White Devil's Tongue is one of the most versatile white peppers on the market! Relative to the original red pepper strain, this variety is very hard to come by and is one of the most sought-after types on the market due to its rarity. White Devil's Tongue pepper plants will stretch up to 3 ft. tall and grow good bounties of these 3" long pods. The name White Devil's Tongue comes from the pepper's appearance, which looks like a strange and distorted tongue from the devil himself!
