Aji Cachucha Purple Splotched - (Capsicum chinense)

Aji Cachucha Purple Splotched is a sweet mild variety from the Caribbean.   Great for Salsas to add vibrant colors at its various stages of ripening.  Fruits are 2-3 inches in diameter and an inch tall and have a thick flesh making them easy for stuffing.  Ripens from green to purple on top then a beautiful orange glow and finally to a bright red. You will get very heavy production from these plants.  Rare but gaining popularity due to how beautiful this variety is.

Heat level:  0-500 SHU - Sweet.

Flavor:  Sweet and Unique - Similar to a Habanero but no heat.
