Since the New York Strip Steaks are cut from the loin, they are particularly tender. You will enjoy melt-in-your-mouth juicy, thick steaks.

These locally grown pasture-raised, low fat cuts are as nutritious as they are delicious. For extra flavor, try your favorite marinade or sauce. They have little marbling, making them very lean and tender!

1. Buffalo meat is lean and must be cooked slowly to retain its delicious flavor. Do NOT overcook - the flavor and juices will be lost.
