Mad Hatter Pepper Plants

Mostly used in Peruvian and Bolivian cuisines, Mad Hatter peppers are a rare and exotic pepper variety with great growth and production that nabbed them the win at the All American Selections award in 2018. These pepper seedlings are very easy to grow, rising to 4 ft. tall, and are incredible producers of 2.5” long, hat-shaped pods – similar to the Bishop Crown peppers– with bright red skin and a soft, smooth texture.
