Directions

1. Cut avocado, half and scoop out into bowl.

2. Add to bowl, one clove of minced garlic.

3. Squeeze ½ of lime into bowl.

4. Sprinkle in kosher salt.

5. Mix the ingredients.

6. Add Marie Sharp’s Hot Green Habanero Pepper Sauce, slowly as mixing, for desired taste.

7. Spread ¼ of mixture to top of one piece of toast.

8. Top the avocado toast with a fried egg.

9. Garnish with fresh fruit on the side. Add a drop of Marie Sharp’s Green Cactus Habanero Pepper Sauce to the top of the fried egg for a little more tasty heat.
