Celebrate the flavors of the Caribbean!
 
                      Ingredients
- 
1 lb. extra large shrimp (or large, peeled and deveined) 
- 
¾ cup Lime Juice (fresh squeezed, 6 to 7 limes) 
- 
¼ cup Lemon juice (fresh squeezed, 1 to 2 lemons) 
- 
¼ medium red onion (finely minced) 
- 
            
1 tablespoon Marie Sharp’s Orange Habanero Pepper Sauce 
- 
1 cup cucumber (diced) 
- 
2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped) 
- 
1 tablespoon EVOO (for coating Avocado) 
- 
1 medium avocado (diced) 
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. 
- Taste and adjust for salt and lime juice. 
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. 
- Garnish with cilantro.
