Spicy Beer Cheese Dip

Are you ready to party!? Our spicy beer cheese dip will set the tone for fun.
 
                      Ingredients
- 
8 ounces cream cheese softened 
- 
4 ounces sour cream 
- 
8 ounces shredded colby jack cheese (1 bag) 
- 
1 can/bottle of your favorite beer 
- 
1 tablespoon chili powder 
- 
1 tablespoon garlic powder 
- 
            
1 tablespoon Marie Sharp’s Beware Habanero Pepper Sauce 
- 
Sliced green onion for garnish (optional) 
Directions
- To a small pot, add the cream cheese, sour cream, colby jack cheese and beer. Heat on low until everything is melted, stirring frequently. 
- Add chili powder, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Mix well. 
- Taste and adjust with more hot sauce if necessary (optional). 
- Once finished, transfer dip to a serving dish, sprinkle with green onion, and pair with your favorite pretzels.
