Spicy Beer Cheese Dip with Marie Sharp's Beware Hot Sauce

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese softened
4 ounces sour cream
8 ounces shredded colby jack cheese (1 bag)
1 can/bottle of your favorite beer
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Marie Sharp’s Beware Habanero Pepper Sauce
Sliced green onion for garnish (optional)

Directions

To a small pot, add the cream cheese, sour cream, colby jack cheese and beer. Heat on low until everything is melted, stirring frequently.
Add chili powder, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Mix well.
Taste and adjust with more hot sauce if necessary (optional).
Once finished, transfer dip to a serving dish, sprinkle with green onion, and pair with your favorite pretzels.
