Spicy Pineapple Salsa with Marie Sharp’s

Ingredients

2 cups chopped pineapple (about 1/2 a pineapple)
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
2 tablespoon Marie Sharp’s "Pure Love" Pineapple Hot Sauce
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Juice from 1 lime
Salt to taste

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
Taste and adjust for salt and lime juice.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
