We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

*Please note that insulated shipping in the summer and to locations above 60 degrees will alter the appearance of this collection as pictured. Please email talk@cheesebros.com with any questions about how your order will be packaged.

Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.

"Cinderblock" Smoked Cheddar: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.
