Aleppo - (Capsicum annuum)
This very popular pepper originated from the Syrian town of Aleppo near the southern Turkish border. It is also known as the Halaby pepper. These peppers grow 2-3 inches long and ripen from green to deep red. Even though they have been used in dishes for hundreds of years they have taken on a culinary boom in popularity recently. They are most commonly dried and used as flakes. They add a medium heat that dissipates quickly.
Heat level: 5,000 to 20,000(SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Medium Hot.
Flavor: Fruity, Sweet & Raisin-like.

Death Spiral - (Capsicum chinense)
The Death Spiral or Death Pepper is a variant of the Naga Bubblegum Red cross from the United Kingdom originally made by grower Terry Smith. It has a very bumpy spiral ridge pattern all around the pod. They ripen from light green to peach then to orange and finally red. The pepper has a very quick burn and is hotter than most Naga types. Consistency is not proven yet but most of the pods from what we grew for seeds produced a very consistent shape.
Heat level: 1,200,000 - 1,300,000+(SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Nuclear Heat.
Flavor: Has a fruity flavor with slight citrus notes.

The 7 Pot Defcon is a reddish caramel colored pepper that matures to about the size of a golf ball. Most fruits are wrinkled and fairly round with a tiny pointed tip, however some pods will have a longer scorpion like tail. The fruits have a typical 7 pot flavor which is fruity and tangy with extreme heat. Plants get 3-4 feet tall and produces an above average amount of peppers.

Pronounced bee-KEE-nyo, this beautiful pepper originated from Brazil. Also known as the "little beak" pepper or the "Chupetinho". They are shaped as a reversed tear drop and grow to about an inch in length. They are great when pickled and look amazing in salads and go well in salsas too. The heat of the pepper is described as adding a little kiss of heat due to its mild level of spiciness. The plant produces an enormous amount of fruits and grows 2-3 feet in height. A must have addition for anyone’s garden.

They ripen from green to purple to creamy white purple splotches. The Caribbean Red is one of the hottest Habaneros topping out around 450k SHU. They originated from the Yucatan area of Mexico. The Caribbean Red grows to about 1.5 inches in length and 1 inch around and ripen to a bright red. The plants grow up to 3-4 feet and are very prolific producers of fruits. They are perfect for salsas and hot sauces and great for adding a kick of heat to any dish.

Chocolate Fatalii - Seeds

Description
Another great Fatalii variety, this chocolate one seems to be the hottest of all other colors. This extreme heat made is a great choice for making powder rather than using fresh like the rest of the Fatalii family. One of the few Capsicum chinense species with origins in Africa. Very productive plant setting dark green pods, turning chocolate in an early season, the pods have Smokey-earthy floral smell. The Fatalii pepper carries about the same heat as a habanero, but provides more of a citrus favor under all that heat.

Naga Black - Seeds

Description
This is the Chocolate version of the King Naga. Believed to have originated from Bangladesh like other Nagas. It grows huge dark brown pods that dwarf the Chocolate Bhut Jolokia. A very productive plant that will reach up to 3 feet in height. Average heat between 700,000-800,000 Scoville units. The stability of this variety is unknown because not many have grown it. So it is possible you could get red King Naga pods. But in any case a new variety worth growing.

Aji Cachucha are native to Cuba and Puerto Rico and is also known as Aji Dulce. This dark red type hails from Cuba. It has mild heat and is sweet. The pepper may be confused with the similar looking Scotch Bonnet and habanero pepper but is not as hot. Used as a seasoning pepper in rice and bean dishes. Also used to season soups and stews and can be stuffed with small amounts of meats and cheeses. The Aji Cachucha has a round shape looking almost like a bonnet or toy top.

The Peach Reaper also known to some as the California Reaper is a cross between the original red Carolina Reaper and Jay’s Peach Ghost Scorpion pepper. Flavor is sweet with typical Bhut Ghost flavor. Very hot. Great option for hot sauce makers.

Everyone should grow this beautiful and one of a kind pepper in their garden!
This pepper was once the most expensive in the world! The north Peruvian jungle native is a wild bushy plant which produces hundreds of hot, small (.25 inch), round Tepin-like peppers. The Aji Charapita only recently became cultivated for commercial use. The fruity flavor adds a nice tropical touch to salsas and sauces. The Aji Charapita plant is wide and bushy, and from it, hundreds of these chilies can grow. Not terribly hot, but once you bite in it hits you right away like a smack in the face. Hard to believe such a tiny thing can pack such a quick punch. The heat does subside quickly making you want to pop another.

Devil's Tongue Yellow - Seeds

Very unique and pretty pepper. Long narrow and bumpy shapes. They get up to 6 inches long and a half inch wide. The first generation was created in 2012 by a grower named Jack Skaggs from Ohio. They are very productive and ripen from green to dark red. The Bhut/Jalapeno chili plants grow 3 to 4 feet tall.

MA Wartryx - Seeds

Description
This is a superhot pepper that is a variant of the MA Wartryx that was created by Matthew Arthur (MA). It's a cross between a Trinidad Scorpion, a 7 pot Jonah and an Ubatuba Cambucci and has a Scotch Bonnet or mushroom shape with a very rough and bumpy texture. The MA Wartryx variant will sometimes have more of a point protruding from the bottom of the pepper and can sometimes grow larger.

Flavor: Has a sweet fruity/citrus flavor before your face melts off.
