Feher Ozon Paprika Pepper Seeds from $6.25
Feher Ozon Paprika peppers are an amazing heirloom variety with an incredibly sweet-tasting flavor and unique growing pattern. You will definitely want to grow this one in your garden! The Feher Ozon Paprika pepper plant reaches 2 ft. tall and is a heavy producer as there are a lot more peppers than leaves on this compact plant. These pepper pods will grow to 5 inches long with thick walls. As they grow, they point upward and out through the foliage with slight pointy tails. It is incredibly gorgeous to look at as it ripens from ivory white to orange and finally red. The sweet, tangy flavor of the Feher Ozon Paprika pepper makes it a gourmet delight for grinding your own Paprika powder. Unlike a Cayenne pepper, this sweeter pepper has thicker flesh, giving you much more powder to create. Just make sure to dry the Feher Ozon pepper thoroughly before making flakes or powder. Cascabella Pepper Seeds from $2.75
Don’t get the Cascabella pepper confused with the Cascabel pepper! Yellow Cascabella peppers are a thick-walled small “Hungarian Hot Wax” pepper type that is bursting with flavor. The Cascabella pepper plant will grow to 18 to 24 inches tall with gorgeous dark emerald green leaves on a sturdy bush. Cascabella peppers have a conical shape tapering to a point and the hot wax-type pod will grow to 2 inches long. These peppers are low-medium heat chiles when allowed to ripen to their final color, red. The color shift during the ripening stage goes from yellow to orange, and finally a bright red. The difference between the Cascabella and Cascabel peppers is the Cascabella pepper can be eaten fresh, while the Cascabel pepper is typically dried. The heat is similar to a Jalapeño but with a flavor similar to a Sport pepper. These peppers taste great on salads, salsas, and appetizers. Our favorite is eating them straight from the jar! Usually, Cascabella peppers are pickled in the yellow stage with a dash of turmeric. Want to grow more exotic-looking peppers? Check out our exotic and novelty pepper seeds!
MA Wartryx Pepper Seeds from $7.75
Behold the MA Wartryx! From legendary chile grower, Matthew Arthur comes another wicked crossbreed between…well, no one really knows. Plants can grow as high as 4 ft. Tall and are incredibly bountiful. These peppers have a very rough and wrinkly texture compared to their brother the Wartryx but are otherwise similar in overall shape and size, ripening from green to orange-red. The super-hot heat on the MA Wartryx is anywhere between 1,000,000-1,200,000 SHUs, making this a great variety for drying up into chili powder or adding (sparingly) to homemade hot sauce recipes. Besides the heat, you'll notice their sweet, fruity flavor with some hints of floral as well. Browse through our Super Hot Pepper Seeds and Super Hot Pepper Plants today!
