The Aji Amarillo pepper is native to South America and a staple in Peruvian cuisines. This pepper is the largest of the Aji pepper family, reaching a length of 4-5" long!

Aji Amarillo pepper plants grow to be sturdy, 3 ft. tall plants and are very productive. These pods are longer than other Aji pepper varieties, maturing from green to bright orange with thick flesh and shiny, smooth skin.
