This peach Carolina Reaper variety is known to be a possible cross between the original red Carolina Reaper and Jay’s Peach Ghost Scorpion pepper. The California Reaper is a relatively new strain so you expect some variation. Although it has not yet officially been tested, this super hot variety averages about 1,500,000 Scoville Heat Units!
