This one was a new one to try since my favorite was out of stock but I have to admit, that the carrots, onion and tomatoe puree with the lime juice and garlic blended well. Leads to a really delicious and spicy hot sauce. The spice is a 6 out of 10 since I am a chili head. Will purchase again. Tasty
