Pimenta Jolokia Fire/Ice - (Capsicum chinense)This variety is version of a Bhut Jolokia / Pimenta de Neyde cross. The color is a cream and light purple iridescence and is extremely eye catching. Very similar to the Pink Tiger however they are much thicker and have a more uniform smooth shape. They ripen from a dark purple to cream and light purple at it's most mature point. 7 Pot Primo Yellow - (Capsicum chinense) 7 Pot Primo Yellow is the natural Yellow mutation of the Trinidad 7 Pot Primo created by Troy Primeaux of Louisiana. The heat level is lower than the original red variety and like other yellow orange super hots will have a sweeter citrus type flavor. This would make a great yellow hot sauce!
