Plants can grow as high as 3 ft. tall and produce good yields of upright pepper clusters. The plant itself also produces beautiful white flowers that stand out amongst the green stems and foliage. Good things come in small packages and this small, skinny, yellow, yet MIGHTY Thai pepper from Southeast Asia and China is no exception! Grow these 2 ft. tall compact pepper plants that will produce high yields of these skinny pepper pods. The Antohi Romanian peppers come with an interesting history that you can learn and share with your neighbors, friends, and family. Also known as Jan Antohi peppers or Eastern European frying pepper, the Romanian heirloom pepper was brought by the Romanian acrobat in 1991 who defected to the USA. Rumor has it that many Romanian circus performers fled to the United States to escape the harsh conditions under the rule of the Soviet Union. It is said that Antohi missed his mother’s cooking (don’t we all?) and visited his mother after the fall of the Soviet Union. Along with the chance to see his mother, he got to bring the heirloom peppers back to the United States to grow and use for his cooking. Because of Antohi, we can grow these fascinating peppers today! Antohi Romanian pepper plants are extremely prolific with early and heavy harvests, and it has great branch strength. Peppers will grow to 4" long and ripen from light cream, pale yellow, orange, to finally a dark red color. These pods are smooth, tapered, and narrow, and their thick flesh and sweet flavor are highly favored, and they are one of the best frying peppers because their sweetness is enhanced by cooking. The heirloom variety is crisp with a mild, sweet, fruity flavor, and its smooth and taut skin makes it perfect to cook for a variety of culinary uses. One way you can cook these sweet Romanian peppers is by slicing them half and removing the seeds before pan-frying them in olive oil. This preparation brings out the sweet flavor! Aji Colorado peppers provide a unique blend of quick and intense heat followed by fervid sweet and fruity flavors. Originally found in the South American countries of Bolivia and Peru, you may find these peppers growing around the world and used for their versatile cooking abilities. These Aji Colorado pepper plants will grow up to 4 ft. tall and bear tremendous amounts of fruit, so you’ll want to make sure these plants are staked and supported properly. A wonderful superhot pepper creation that might knock you off your socks with its dangerous heat! The Big Yellow Mama pepper is the yellow variant of the Big Red Mama and Big Black Mama, created by Horticulturist and grower Troy Pimeaux, who also grew the devilish 7 Pot Primo. These pepper plants grow up to 4 ft. tall and produce great yields of these ferocious hot peppers. Big Yellow Mama pods are massive at 2-3 inches with a combination of some pods having smooth skins and other displaying a bumpy texture. The pepper looks identical to the Yellow Ghost and Fatalii, which are also incredible hot peppers. This is a newer variant, so we are uncertain of the stability. The Big Yellow Mama has lower heat than the Big Black Mama and Big Red Mama, but you can bet that it will still pack a huge punch. Like most yellow hot peppers, it has a citrus, fruity flavor that is amazing to use for hot sauces and marinades. Carmen - (Capsicum annuum) - Seeds The Carmen Pepper, a 2006 AAS Winner, is a high-performing Italian "bull's horn" variety known for its rich, sweet flavor and versatility. These tapered peppers grow 5–7 inches long and 2–2.5 inches wide, with thick flesh that is sweet even when green but reaches peak sweetness when fully ripe and brilliant red. Carmen peppers are ideal for roasting, grilling, frying, or enjoying fresh in salads. The plants are highly productive, sturdy, and adaptable, growing 28–30 inches tall with excellent fruit protection. They thrive in gardens or large containers, reliably setting fruit in various climates. Maturing in about 75 days, the Carmen Pepper delivers a delightful, easy-to-grow option for any gardener. Peaches N Cream Ghost- (Capsicum chinense) A natural cross that we created by accident of a smooth White Ghost and a Rough Peach Ghost which created a smooth Peach Ghost.  The pods start off a light green and then go to a creamy white then finally peach. Very beautiful variation.  Looks like a Peach Habanero but it's hotter.  Flavor is sweet with typical Bhut Ghost flavor.  Very hot.  Great option for hot sauce makers. Heat level:  700,000 to 1,000,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Extremely Hot Flavor:  Sweet Bhut flavor.

Bhut Jolokia Orange Cream - (Capsicum chinense)The Bhut Jolokia Orange Cream is a creamy orange colored ghost pepper. Unlike other ghost peppers that start off orange and mature red, this one stays a creamy orange. The bumpy pendant shaped fruits are 1 inch around and 3 inches long on average. Flavor is citrusy with a slight earthiness. Not quite as hot as the red or brown variety but will still light up any dish. Heat level: 900,000 - 1,100,000 SHU - Extremely Hot.Flavor: Citrusy with Earthy Tones.

Bahamian Goat - (Capsicum chinense) The Bahamian Goat is a rare and a colorful beauty of a pepper.  Is has a fruity flavor similar to its Habanero and Scotch Bonnet relatives.  Starts green and matures to a light orange/ peach color.  Is a smaller than average plant but produces very well for its size.  The peppers work great in Caribbean style dishes and sauces and also makes a great powder.  Originated from the Bahamas. Heat level:  100,000-350,000(SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Very Hot. Flavor:  Fruity Habanero flavor.
