Bubblegum 7 Pot Pepper Seeds from $7.25
Bubblegum Peppers may be one of the coolest 7 Pot varieties! Also known as the Bleeding Bubblegum or BBG7, this pepper gets is named after its "bleeding stem," or the color of the pepper bleeding over into the stem. This is crossed between a red Moruga Scorpion and Trinidad Yellow 7 Pot, so you'll expect to have some serious pepper heat! These pepper plants will grow up to be about 3 ft. tall and produce plenty of these bright red pepper pods. Bubblegum peppers are tiny, 2" pods with shiny smooth skin and bright red, an almost pinkish color that looks like the 1-cent Bubblegum from back in the day. This beautiful color bleeds over into the stem, due to the oversized calyx of the pepper turning colors when the peppers are left on the plant for too long. This is still being bred out for stability, so expect to have a little variation in your plants. But doesn't that make it all the more fun to grow? This pepper may look like bubblegum, but would you believe it if it smelled or even tasted like it too? That's what you can expect with this pepper, along with fruity, citrusy, and floral tones. Just like its 7 Pot counterparts, it has exceptional heat, so be prepared to set your mouth on fire! Use the Bubblegum pepper for cooking or drying into fruity pepper powder or pepper flakes. Rocotillo Pepper Seeds from $2.75
Want a pepper that looks like the Habanero or Scotch Bonnet, but with less heat? Look no further than the Rocotillo Pepper! The peppers are popular in the Caribbean, and it’s even called the Puerto Rico pepper because of how often they’re used there. The Rocotillo peppers appear to be varieties of both Capsicum Baccatum and Capsicum Chinense, but their origins differ! The Baccatum variety is from Peru, but it’s uncertain where the Chinense variety originated. To make it more confusing, it’s said the Baccatum originated in Peru but was discovered in Puerto Rico years later. Although its origin and history are confusing, we do know these peppers are tasty! Rocotillo pepper plants grow up to 3 ft. long and produce high yields of these tiny, 1" long pepper pods. Their appearance looks like a squished shape, almost like a compressed Bishop's Crown pepper, with glossy skin and bright red color. These peppers ripen from green to orange, and finally to red when they're ready for harvesting. This is a very mild alternative to the Habanero for those who do not necessarily want a super hot pepper. Although the heat level is very mild, they will taste sweet and tropical. The Rocotillo pepper is a variety you must try growing in your own backyard! Enjoy growing unique and exotic peppers? View our Rare & Exotic Pepper Seed Collection for more!

Rumor has it that many Romanian circus performers fled to the United States to escape the harsh conditions under the rule of the Soviet Union. It is said that Antohi missed his mother’s cooking (don’t we all?) and visited his mother after the fall of the Soviet Union. Peppers will grow to 4" long and ripen from light cream, pale yellow, orange, to finally a dark red color. These pods are smooth, tapered, and narrow, and their thick flesh and sweet flavor are highly favored, and they are one of the best frying peppers because their sweetness is enhanced by cooking. The heirloom variety is crisp with a mild, sweet, fruity flavor, and its smooth and taut skin makes it perfect to cook for a variety of culinary uses. One way you can cook these sweet Romanian peppers is by slicing them half and removing the seeds before pan-frying them in olive oil. This preparation brings out the sweet flavor!
