Once a previous world record holder as the hottest pepper in the world, the Moruga Trinidad Scorpion chili was developed at the New Mexico State University Chili Pepper Institute and is incredibly hot! While being tested, a senior research specialist went through four pairs of latex gloves when handling it, saying "the capsaicin kept penetrating the latex and getting on our hands...this has never happened before."

Trinidad Scorpion Pepper Seeds
from $7.99
The Trinidad Scorpion is a super hot variety that was once one of the hottest peppers in the world! It held the distinguished honor as the world's hottest pepper, before it was dethroned by the Carolina Reaper. It is still a highly respected pepper for its volcano-level heat. The heat on this pepper is so strong, it may feel like your tongue is being stung by a scorpion! Heat levels can reach as high as 2,000,000 SHUs. The Scorpion Chilli grew very well for us in all test gardens, so we know you will enjoy growing these seeds in your garden!
Features:
The Trinidad Scorpion pepper plants grow to be 3 ft. tall.
This variety is related to the Butch T Trinidad Scorpion. There are many similarities between the two except Trinidad Scorpion peppers do not have the little tail sticking out of the bottom.
They mature from green to yellow, to orange, then finally to bright red color.

BTR Butch T Reaper Scorpion Seeds
from $7.99
This is an amazing variety created by Butch Taylor himself! The two-parent plants are a Trinidad Scorpion Butch T and a Carolina Reaper. One is a previous world record holder, and the other is the current world record holder!
These pepper plants will grow up to 3 ft. tall and produce high yields of these 2" long peppers. BTR pods have an appearance similar to a Moruga Scorpion, but with a much thinner outer wall. They mature from green to dark orange/red color when it reaches maturity. Butch T Reaper peppers take longer to mature, however, they grow well in warm and cool climates.
The flavor is very floral and citrus upfront, with a burn like nothing we have ever tasted before! The heat is screamingly hot and packs a punch that will BEAT YOU UP, but if you love that kind of heat, then we can only say to grow it. On our heat scale, we give them an 11 out of 10, but we haven't had them "officially" tested yet.

Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion Pepper Seeds
from $7.99
This super hot creation was done by Pennsylvanian grower Jay Weaver who bred the red Ghost and a Trinidad Scorpion with a peach-colored exterior. This is a pretty rare pepper to have, and you won't regret growing this one in your garden!
Grow these 3 ft. tall pepper plants and WOW your friends when it starts growing high yields of these peach-colored pods that get to 2-3" long. The shape might not be the prettiest - its contorted size, bumpy skin, Scorpion-like tail - but the colors as they ripen from green to lighter shades of red and pink, and then a gorgeous, unforgettable peach color is what's truly remarkable.
This pepper is HOT! With heat levels reaching around 900,000 SHUs, Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion Pepper is one you don't want to take lightly. This variety is slightly less pungent than a Ghost with a spectacular fruity flavor. The Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion has been described as one with an immediate burn that slowly climbs from the back of your throat to your sinuses.
NOTE* The Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion variety is unstable. You will likely experience variations in color, such as red, and shape. While this can lead to unique and exciting variations, it's important to note that these seeds may not reliably reproduce the same characteristics from one generation to the next. Planting unstable pepper seeds can be an adventurous gardening experience, but be prepared for some degree of variability in the resulting pepper plants. We will not be able to offer replacements for variation in traits.

Primotalii Red Pepper Seeds
from $7.99
Also spelled Primotailii, this is absolutely one of the hottest peppers to ever exist! This chili is a cross between the 7 Pot Primo and Fatalii that was cross-bred by Chris Saunders in 2012. The Primotalii pepper feels just as hot as the Carolina Reapers and Scorpions, but we’re not sure of the heat level - officially. There’s one thing that’s for certain, this super hot pepper is a scorcher!
The 3 ft. tall Primotalii pepper plant produces medium yields of 2-3" long peppers with skins that look like they are boiling. It almost symbolizes the massive heat they carry…yikes. The peppers ripen from green to bright red, and they grow very long skinny tails similar to the Reaper.
Heat levels for the Primotalii are said to be over 1,000,000 SHUs, and as high as 2,200,000 SHUs - tied with the world's hottest pepper! Beyond the heat, they boast flavors that are fruity, citrusy, and sweet with floral tones. Some say it may also taste earthy, but you let us know how they taste! Try making hot sauces with these hot peppers, or as a marinade for a variety of meat. But use this pepper sparingly, as a little bit can really spice things up!

T-Rex Yellow Chili Pepper Seeds
from $7.99
This pepper may be one of the gnarliest, most grotesque-looking peppers we've grown! The T-Rex Yellow is a cross between the Trinidad Douglah and the Bhutlah Yellow peppers, creating this exotic pepper variety with great flavor and unimaginable heat!
T-Rex Yellow pepper plants are prolific producers with heavy yields of these super hot pepper pods. This new variety is still considered unstable, so expect some variations when growing these peppers. Nevertheless, you can anticipate these yellow peppers growing up to 4" long with a twisted and contorted shape. They almost look like a Scorpion pepper was folded up like an accordion! These fruits mature from green to their beautiful glowing yellow color when they reach maturity.
These gnarly peppers may have a nice fruity taste that was passed down from their parentage, but it's the ruthless heat that's what gets people talking! These pods have thick flesh with lots of stinging capsicum inside, producing heat levels that can reach beyond 1,500,000 SHUs - that's as hot as a Carolina Reaper! It's clear how this pepper gets its name - with heat that high, you'll be roaring just like a T-Rex!

Red Scotch Brain Strain Pepper Seeds (7 Pot Strain)
from $6.99
This gnarly pepper variety is named for its ability to resemble a brain! The Brain Strain, also known as the 7 Pot Brain Strain, is part of the 7 Pot Pepper family that is known for its scorching heat, and this pepper variety is no exception. This is not a hybrid pepper but instead was developed using selective breeding to use particular desired traits. In 2010, David Capiello (a hot pepper growing hobbyist) from North Carolina, obtained these seeds from a grower in Trinidad & Tobago.
The 7 Pot Brain Strain pepper plant is very productive and stretches up to 3-4 ft. tall. Believe to be similar and closely related to the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, the 7 Pot Brain Strain peppers will grow up to 2" long and be wrinkly and bumpy with a "brain-like" look. In our opinion, this may be the coolest hot pepper you can grow in your garden! Pods will ripen from green to a striking red color when they reach maturity.
This hefty super hot pepper has volcanic heat and more placental tissue than other peppers, almost as hot as the Carolina Reaper. We must warn you that this could be the hottest of the 7 Pot Pepper family! Try using this pepper for soups and stews for their smoky flavors!

C3PO Pepper Seeds
from $6.99
The C3PO is an interesting super hot pepper with a very long parentage. It was named after the Star Wars robot, where its origin began with the variants of the Jigsaw cross that was created in Finland. Originally it was nicknamed Vader Jigsaw because there were mysterious variants that came into play to create this super hot pepper. The Moruga Scorpion’s variants appeared from the Jigsaw, and then a grower named Michael experimented with the chocolate version. Illinois grower, Mike Hess, then grew the Vader Jigsaw seeds, and he created a more caramel variant that resembled a 7 Pot Primo with a sweeter flavor. Hess then decided to keep the Star Wars theme going, so he named the pepper C3PO! He discovered that the heat level was identical to the Moruga Scorpion, which we know is a dangerous super hot pepper
The C3PO pepper plants will grow to around 3-4 ft. tall, but make sure to take care of the plants consistently for the best results. The pepper is a caramel-red colored pod that looks like the 7 Pot pepper. The C3PO pepper is very wrinkly, scrunched up, and looks slightly evil. It has a strong heat and the tiniest amount of fruity sweetness. Keep in mind that this is a young cross, so it won’t be 100% stable when you grow this. It will grow into many variations, but we think that’s the fun part about it!
If you're looking to use this super hot pepper, try drying them into an incredibly hot pepper powder, or infusing these peppers into your next hot sauce. We recommend wearing latex gloves when handling peppers with this type of heat!

This is a wicked super hot variety introduced to the pepper world! The Moruga Satan Strain Red Pepper is a creation bred from the Moruga Trinidad Scorpion pepper - one of the hottest peppers in the world!

Bubblegum 7 Pot Pepper Seeds
from $5.99
Bubblegum Peppers may be one of the coolest 7 Pot varieties! Also known as the Bleeding Bubblegum or BBG7, this pepper gets is named after its "bleeding stem," or the color of the pepper bleeding over into the stem. This is crossed between a red Moruga Scorpion and Trinidad Yellow 7 Pot, so you'll expect to have some serious pepper heat!
These pepper plants will grow up to be about 3 ft. tall and produce plenty of these bright red pepper pods. Bubblegum peppers are tiny, 2" pods with shiny smooth skin and bright red, an almost pinkish color that looks like the 1-cent Bubblegum from back in the day. This beautiful color bleeds over into the stem, due to the oversized calyx of the pepper turning colors when the peppers are left on the plant for too long. This is still being bred out for stability, so expect to have a little variation in your plants. But doesn't that make it all the more fun to grow?
This pepper may look like bubblegum, but would you believe it if it smelled or even tasted like it too? That's what you can expect with this pepper, along with fruity, citrusy, and floral tones. Just like its 7 Pot counterparts, it has exceptional heat, so be prepared to set your mouth on fire! Use the Bubblegum pepper for cooking or drying into fruity pepper powder or pepper flakes.

Wartryx Pepper Seeds
from $5.99
The Wartryx Pepper is a gnarly-looking super hot pepper with extreme variation. This wicked cross was created by Matthew Arthur, and was believed to have been bred between a Trinidad Scorpion, a 7 Pot Jonah, and (potentially) a Scotch Bonnet, but the third pepper is still a mystery, No matter what, however, you can expect some incredible heat to come from this pod!
These pepper plants will grow up to 3 ft. tall and produce high yields of these super hot peppers. We say the third pepper may be a Scotch Bonnet because these 2" long pods have the same mushroom shape with rough, wrinkly, bumpy skin. The pods are as big as a golf ball, are thin-walled, and tender, ripening from green to red when they reach maturity.
The heat on these peppers reaches beyond 1,200,000 SHUs, so we urge you to be careful with these chilis. With a sharp, extreme burn that Wartryx peppers deliver, this sensation will stay on your tongue for a long time. Beyond the heat, you'll notice a citrusy and floral scent, with a bitter taste that makes this great in soups and stews. You can also use Wartryx peppers in hot sauces, salsas, and pepper powder when dried up.

from $5.99
With early heat levels reading well beyond 2,000,000 SHUs, this is one of the hottest peppers in the world! This pepper is hot - like, REALLY HOT. While you may be able to taste the classic fruitiness that generally comes with most 7 Pot peppers, along with floral and slightly bitter tastes, it's going to be hard to get past the initial blazing heat! Black Scorpion Tongue Pepper Seeds
from $5.99
Our Black Scorpion Tongue seeds are going on 5 generations of growth and careful selection. It's unclear who provided these ultra-rare peppers. But what we do know is that Black Scorpion Tongue peppers have beautiful exotic colors that will shine as amazing ornamental plants in your garden!
Black Scorpion Tongue pepper plants are very beautiful, having dark foliage and growing anywhere from 2-3 ft. tall. Keep in mind to have a plant stake available as the branches could get heavy with many of these 1-2" long tongue-shaped pepper pods. Black Scorpion Tongues will ripen from dark purple, yellow, and orange, to then dark red. In some cases, they have tiger-striped markings in between the ripening stage!
The heat on these small chiles is sizzlin' as the Black Scorpion Tongue comes in at 50,000-100,000 SHUs. They have a hot jalapeño upfront burn before burning your tongue, but their fruity (almost apple-like), floral flavors will be worth the burn.
