With a heat level of 1,000-1,500 SHUs, this is milder than the typical Jalapeno which averages around 3,000-5,000 SHUs. The Tam Jalapeno was developed by Texas A&M where it’s designed to have the Jalapeno flavor without the heat, so you can enjoy it and not worry about it burning your tongue!
The Tam Jalapeno pepper plant will grow to 2-3 feet tall and will produce 3” long green peppers with shiny and smooth skin. It will ripen when it turns to a dark green color but will turn red if left on the plant for too long. You will not be disappointed growing these pepper plants because they are productive, disease-resistant, and grow high yields of peppers! The plants are sensitive to cold, so make sure they receive full sun.

Bode Amarela Pepper Seeds

Cheiro Roxa pepper plants are very productive, growing to around 3 ft. tall and producing high yields of these tiny 1" peppers. Their shape looks like they have been squished - almost resembling tiny toppers! These rare & exotic peppers grow from dark purple to a lighter purple, almost translucent pink color when they reach maturity.

Ancho Gigantea Pepper Seeds

Also known as a Poblano pepper, the Ancho Gigantea is one of the more commonly used peppers in Mexico known to add a fantastic mild flavor to any cuisine!

Cascabella Pepper Seeds

Don’t get the Cascabella pepper confused with the Cascabel pepper! Yellow Cascabella peppers are a thick-walled small “Hungarian Hot Wax” pepper type that is bursting with flavor.
The Cascabella pepper plant will grow to 18 to 24 inches tall with gorgeous dark emerald green leaves on a sturdy bush. Cascabella peppers have a conical shape tapering to a point and the hot wax-type pod will grow to 2 inches long. These peppers are low-medium heat chiles when allowed to ripen to their final color, red. The color shift during the ripening stage goes from yellow to orange, and finally a bright red.
The difference between the Cascabella and Cascabel peppers is the Cascabella pepper can be eaten fresh, while the Cascabel pepper is typically dried. The heat is similar to a Jalapeño but with a flavor similar to a Sport pepper. These peppers taste great on salads, salsas, and appetizers. Our favorite is eating them straight from the jar! Usually, Cascabella peppers are pickled in the yellow stage with a dash of turmeric.

Mushroom Red Cap Pepper Seeds

A relative to the Habanero pepper, this heirloom chili pepper known as the Mushroom Red Cap is a fast-maturing hot pepper that has a nice aroma and grows into a unique mushroom shape, hence its name.

Mirasol Pepper Seeds

Malagueta Pepper Seeds
