It's always good to rub a little between the turkey breast and skin along with a couple patties of butter. Then cook as you normally do.

Marie Sharp's Original Hot Pepper Sauce 5 Ounce
Crafted with care in Belize, Central America, our HOT sauce features fresh hand-chopped carrots, chopped white onions, natural vinegar, select red Belizean habanero peppers, freshly squeezed key lime juice, hand-harvested snowy white sea salt, and fresh garlic.
This is the original 1981 recipe that sparked a culinary revolution. The fruity essence of habanero peppers is delicately balanced by the sweetness of fresh carrots, offering a subtle heat that's a few notches above the familiar heat tolerances of North America.
Elegant and structured, with a clean finish, our sauces are non-fermented, setting them apart from typical vinegar-based hot sauces. Marie Sharp's sauces, dubbed "Pepper Sauces," highlight the natural flavors of fruits and vegetables, devoid of the sharpness and acidity often found in vinegar-based counterparts.
Dawson's Shawarma Sauce 5 Ounce
This sauce is heavily influenced by Middle Eastern spice blends and the culture of take-out Shawarma shops. Our Shawarma Sauce is mild, incredibly bright in taste, with smooth notes from garlic, extra virgin olive oil and honey. The spice blend is familiar, yet unique in a hot sauce and a must try!
