NuMex College Pepper Seeds
from $1.99
The NuMex College 64L pepper is another variety pumped out of New Mexico State University that has a shape similar to Anaheim peppers and a heat level comparable to the Jalapeno pepper.
Expect these peppers to grow up to 3 ft. tall and produce good yields of these teardrop-shaped pods that expand up to 5” in length. Easy to grow, Numex College peppers start out growing as a bright green pod and mature to its spicy red color.
Using Numex College peppers depends on when you harvest them. Their heat levels and flavors are contingent on this, as well. When green, these peppers have less heat and spice, making them useful in fresh foods and cooking in mild dishes. However, when red, the heat and spice increase and they make for wonderful chili powders, ristras, and are fantastic for roasting.

The small pepper plants can grow anywhere from 2-3 ft. tall and produce long, pendant-shaped pods. Some of these peppers - which can grow up to 9" long - are curved, with smooth, shiny skin. NuMex Sandia peppers will ripen from green to red, with heat that may intensify as they mature.

NuMex Suave Orange Pepper Seeds
from $4.99
The NuMex Suave Orange pepper is another low-heat Habanero variety emerging from the Chili Pepper Institute at New Mexico State University. While having milder heat, the Suave Orange pepper retains the same fruity flavors and aromas as other Habanero peppers.
Expect these pepper plants to reach 4 ft. tall, with some plants reaching higher when planted directly into the ground. These plants are strong and hold up against its prolific yields of 2.5” long, lantern-shaped peppers. Pods grow upright and appear more wrinkled than other strains. Watch these Suave Orange peppers ripen from a green to a sparkling yellow-orange.
You’ll get the same signature Habanero flavor with each pepper – fruity, citrusy, tropical – but with very little heat involved. This enticing combination makes for a very versatile pepper that can be added to many fresh foods or used in cooking. You won’t forget the entrancing aroma of these Suave Orange peppers.

NuMex Twilight Pepper Seeds
from $2.99
It’s time to stop dreaming and get your hands on the colorful, eye-catching, gorgeous NuMex Twilight pepper! This was created at New Mexico State University and is a hybrid of the Thai ornamental pepper, but with less heat and more beauty.
The ornamental NuMex Twilight pepper plant produces beautiful, tiny pods that reach 1" in length. These tiny bulbs have smooth skin and mature like a rainbow, aging from purple to yellow, orange, then finally red. These are one of the prettiest plants that you’ll grow when colors are shifting, so why grow flowers when you can grow these peppers instead?
At a heat level of 30,000-50,000 SHUs, these peppers are similar to Cayenne and Tabasco peppers’ heat levels. You can grow this variety to decorate your windowsill, balcony, patio, or garden! The Numex Twilight peppers are said to be a saltier, bitter taste, but these aren’t really made to be for tasting as the flavors are less than admirable.

Old Rip Van Winkle Decanter & Set of 2 Rocks Glasses
$120.00
Before creating the Old Rip Van Winkle label, our grandfather, Julian Jr., formed a company called J.P. Van Winkle and Son, and he began marketing bourbon through creative ventures such as commemorative decanters. The most popular designs were often etched with the names or emblems of universities and given as gifts.
This beautiful 3-piece home bar set is a tribute to that part of our bourbon heritage and includes one bourbon decanter and a set of two rocks glasses, all etched with the classic Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery logo. The set still makes a great gift, and thanks to the versatile shape of both the decanter and glasses, it works for whiskey and wine lovers alike.
