Pepper Joe’s Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion Pepper Seeds from $7.99
This super hot creation was done by Pennsylvanian grower Jay Weaver who bred the red Ghost and a Trinidad Scorpion with a peach-colored exterior. This is a pretty rare pepper to have, and you won't regret growing this one in your garden! Grow these 3 ft. tall pepper plants and WOW your friends when it starts growing high yields of these peach-colored pods that get to 2-3" long. The shape might not be the prettiest - its contorted size, bumpy skin, Scorpion-like tail - but the colors as they ripen from green to lighter shades of red and pink, and then a gorgeous, unforgettable peach color is what's truly remarkable. This pepper is HOT! With heat levels reaching around 900,000 SHUs, Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion Pepper is one you don't want to take lightly. This variety is slightly less pungent than a Ghost with a spectacular fruity flavor. The Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion has been described as one with an immediate burn that slowly climbs from the back of your throat to your sinuses. NOTE* The Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion variety is unstable. You will likely experience variations in color, such as red, and shape. While this can lead to unique and exciting variations, it's important to note that these seeds may not reliably reproduce the same characteristics from one generation to the next. Planting unstable pepper seeds can be an adventurous gardening experience, but be prepared for some degree of variability in the resulting pepper plants. We will not be able to offer replacements for variation in traits.  Want more Super Hot Pepper Seeds? Browse through our collection where you'll find more like our Ghost Pepper Seeds! Pepper Joe’s Chocolate Gator Jigsaw Chili Pepper Seeds from $7.99
After growing out what we thought were all normal Gator Jigsaw seeds, about 20% ripened into this chocolate Gator Jigsaw variation. We kept the seeds from this new chocolate variation separate so we could offer them to anyone looking to grow a new interesting super hot variety. They did grow right next to regular Gator Jigsaws so it’s possible some could revert back to that Gator green color. Just like most chocolate pepper varieties, the Chocolate Gator Jigsaw peppers have a distorted pendant-looking shape, with tails that spiral out on the end. The skin is wrinkly, and the colors change from green to brown on these pods. You'll notice some nice fruity and smoky undertones when you take a bite of these peppers - that is, once you get past this intense heat! We think the heat level on these Chocolate Gator Jigsaw Peppers is similar to the original Gator Jigsaw - up to 1,500,000 SHUs - so these peppers are perfect to dry into a hot chili powder or infuse into a hot sauce or homemade spicy green salsa. This gnarly pepper variety is named for its ability to resemble a brain! The Brain Strain, also known as the 7 Pot Brain Strain, is part of the 7 Pot Pepper family that is known for its scorching heat, and this pepper variety is no exception. The Bleeding Borg 9 chili pepper comes with a bit of history: Jon Harper, an expert grower from the United Kingdom, created this pepper. This is a cross between the 7 Pot Bubblegum and Naglah (Bhut Jolokia x 7 Pot Douglah). We’re not sure why it’s called the Borg 9, but some say it was named after the actor Ernest Borgnine. What we do know is he included the word ‘bleeding’ into the name because he created the 7 Pot Bubblegum which the color of the pepper bleeds up the calyx and the stem. Bleeding Borg 9 pepper plants can grow to 4 feet tall and produce over 100 peppers in a season. The 2" pods are very wrinkly, maturing to their vibrant red color at maturity.
